Paola Besoain worked in the finance sector before taking on her role as Business Administrator for our company.
Paola is responsible for contracts and HR.
Jan Van Hooydonck is a Consulting Hydrogeologist (M.Sc.) and Chartered Geologist (C.Geol.) with 24 years of experience in the mining, civil-geotech and petro-chemical industry.
Jan started his career in 1993 as a field data collector, completing extended periods on sites in Europe, Africa and South America. Since then, he has mainly focused on conceptual and numerical water flow and transport models for the mineral extraction industry.
He specializes in water supply, surface water / groundwater / mine water management, environmental sampling, pore pressure drainage, open pit and underground dewatering, tunneling, tailings seepage and waste rock infiltration controls.
Jan participates during all the stages of a project’s development, whether this involves early feasibility studies, the optimization of operational phases or during closures.
